How TightTrash Works
Simple 4-step process to a fly-free, maggot-free trash bin.

Clean the Rim
Before sealing, wipe the bag rim or bin opening clean and dry. Remove any debris or moisture for optimal adhesion.

Peel the Sticker
Peel off the TightTrash backing paper. The adhesive side is exposed — handle by the edges to keep it clean.

Press Firm
Place TightTrash directly over the center of the bag opening or bin seal. Press firmly for a full 5-10 seconds to activate the glue.

Fly-Proof!
Done! The hermetic seal locks out flies, blocks odors, and prevents maggot infestations. Replace every trash run.
Apply to any standard trash bag — kitchen bins, outdoor cans, or dumpster openings.
💡 Pro Tips
- Apply to a fresh bag — Put TightTrash on immediately after tying a new bag for best seal reliability.
- Center coverage — Ensure the sticker covers at least 80% of the opening to block fly entry paths.
- No need to remove — Toss the entire sealed bag (sticker and all) into your bin or pickup truck. It's just extra plastic.
- Hot weather OK — Rated for temperatures up to 140°F. Texas summer heat won't weaken the bond.
- One per bag — One 6-inch TightTrash sticker is sufficient for standard 13-gallon kitchen bags.
